First off this is like the chicken and the egg question, both are great in their own paticular way, living in Chicago I am of course biased and am forced by Mayor Daley to say Chicago.

these two are exceptional and much better than the tourist pizza places like Uno's, Giordonos, and Gino's , if you have to pcik a tourist pizza I would go with Gino's!

Chicago makes better pizza hands down! Giordano's has the best stuffed pizza, and their ingredients are not skimpy, either.

They're both terrific, but I have to give it to Chicago's deep dish. And, it's personal opinion over here, but I like Lou Malnati's pizza the best.

NY is original, but Chicago took it to an awesome level with the deep dish! YUM-O Chicago!!

lol, both chicago and new york have great pizza.

For chicago pizza...Obbies pizza on the southwest side is the best pizza in the area...Connies is a darn good pizza too.

Uno, Due and whatever else, yeah theyre good, but i like my Obbies better than those..

depends on you do you like deep dish pizza or thin crust I like thin so I love ny style pizza.

I'm from Chicago but personally luv New York Style Pizza... Deep Dish just doesn't work for me:-(

Chicago's the best. Chicago's has layers of toppings while New York's is just like any other pizza. Even native New Yorkers have confessed that they like Chicago's pizza better.

This is not a fair question to ask. You are comparing 2 things that are totally different. They don't look the same, they don't taste the same, they don't have the same ingredients. However, when it comes down to win, Chicago Style pizza wins. Everywhere I go on vacation I always see Chicago Style Pizza advertised at different pizzerias. And the only place that has a New York style pizza is Domino's, and they food is just gross. And it completely re-invented the way pizza is made. Everyone knows that sauce goes on the top and you need to eat pizza with a fork.
