I think he's a racist, mainly because after the disaster of Hurricane Katrina down south, it took almost a WEEK for help to reach those suffering people and Bush knew it was gonna hit. He was warned beforehand. The majority of people living down south are black, so you tell me if that doesn't signal a racist not to wanna help Americans in need.

You mean racist? No, he's not. He's an elitist. He likes minorities just fine, so long as they have money and are willing to kiss his butt (ask Alberto Gonzalez and Condi Rice, they'll tell you). He doesn't care about *poor* people. He doesn't care any more about poor white people than he does does about poor black people or poor Latinos. Poor people don't count as far as he is concerned.
