Send some of that heat up here in Montana... We're freezing! It is so wet and cold that the garden seed is rotting in the ground before it can sprout....crap... with food prices going through the roof we gotta have our gardens... There was a foot of snow dropped 100 miles to the west of us here last week. When it finally warms up around here I'm gonna run naked through the sagebrush in the broad daylight!!!!!!!!!!! |

Maybe because Phoenix is in the southern desert at a fairly low elevation? Besides that, you have the "heat island effect" of all that bare rock, concrete, steel and asphalt that the sun reflects off of instead of being absorbed by vegetation. If you can't stand the heat, move somewhere cooler. |
