No one except stuck up snobs want to live in California. California sucks cause they think there better than all other states. Like them saying they have the best cheese and cows. Wisconsin cows and their cheese kick the crap out of California.

Because it is so awesome here. DUH!!!! I mean come on we have like 10 major citites and resort towns in just one state. Who else in America can boast half of that? The answer is no one. No other state can compare to California. We provide 80% of the nations food. Only 2% of California is developed.

I'm from cali, and I want to live in boston or NY. I guess people liek it because its got grteat weather year round, beautiful beaches, and sunsets. I think that people just always want what they dont have. I want white christmases, snow days, and Filene's Basement!

I was born there, enlisted in the Navy when I was 17, have been back a few times.

Never missed it, I hate it and the thought of ever going back (if it was to come up).

Uuuuhhhh. I think you miscalcuated a bit. There are 47 other states here and 2 outer states and all of those seem to be well populated. I know of no one who wants to live in cali. So where do you get your information for this question??

I would never want to live in California. No offense, it's amazing, but there are a better places to live. The people are fake, and most people are too into how much money they make compared to their friends,not to mention too much sun exposure, leading to skin cancer. Not a sexy look I might add.

Quality of life, higher salaries and incredible career opportunities.
