Because America friggin rocks! There's a little bit of everything...so many different cultures and things to do. There's historic New England, the charm of the south, the easy going great plains and midwest, the majestic mountains, the beautiful west coast. From sea to shining sea, it is just a beautiful place. Alaska is just majestic and Hawaii is wonderful.
If you like outdoorsy things, you can choose from any sort of landscape. There are museums, shows, TONS of places to eat (Americans love dining out).
Is there a specific region you'd be interested in? I personally LOVE the northwest...I didn't like living there, but visiting would be awesome. You have everything in Washington and Oregon and I would love to see the redwood forest in northern California.
Colorado is awesome!!! The rolling hills of Kentucky and West Virginia are beautiful...and a sunset in Kansas and Oklahoma are just breathtaking!
I hope you are able to visit someday. :) |

America is enormous, Canada, USA, Mexico, Central America, and South America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru) all countries are different, great landscapes, different cultures... any option is great for visiting.
I'm Mexican and I find fascinating everytime I go to Europe. I guess that's the same way you should feel if you come to any country in America
America is not just USA. |

I've been up and down the East Coast and it's cool. Maine is awesome. If you get a chance to see the coast of Maine take it!!!! The water's pretty cold though. If you want warm water try Florida. It's a really friendly place and St. Augustine is one of my favorite cities. I've also been to Texas if you like BBQ then go there! It has the best in the world. I've never been able to find better BBQ.
And if your one of those people who's not sure about coming, just keep an open mind or go somewhere else. |

If you must question why you should, then perhaps you shouldn't be bothered to visit. |

Visit America if you feel interested in touring it...if not, try a country that fascinates you (for example, I want to visit England someday). After all, if you're spending money to travel you might as well go were you really feel like going. |

Depending on where you from....definately a worth a trip.
I was born and raised in europe and ended up staying in the US. Everything here is huge. It's safe if you do your research on what areas to avoid, cross country is probably your best bet, staying in family owned bed and breakfasts is the safest way. The food is somewhat odd at times |

To see what kind of people who would vote George Bush as President twice...
To take in some of the great tourist sites: McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, KFC, Taco Bell, Long John Silvers, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Steak N' Shake....
Because it's there. |
