I lived in Boston for about a year and I loved it. My only complaint is driving. I got lost all the time. However the food, atmoshpere, and entertainment is all great. I reccommend going to Fanueil Hall, taking a tour of Fenway (or a game if you are lucky enough to get tickets!), going to Mike's Pastry's (north end), Cape Cod (if you want to go out of the city), and taking a tour of the Boston Harbor are great. I don't know how old you are but any club or bar are fun to go to. I fell in love with the city the first time I went there, and was sad my time living there was so short!
Have fun!
Oh and be sure to have some clam chowdah!

I am sure you will.
Boston is one of the most historic, wealthy and influential cities in the United States of America. Read more here:

Boston is rich in historical sites and has a wide variety of things for tourists to do. But you will have difficulty with the accents at first. Check out the web sites for Bostom. There's plenty of info out there in cyberspace!!

Have a great day!

Boston is a lot of fun. Faneuil Hall, the waterfront, the North End, Newbury St, Boston Common/Public Gardens, the Red Sox!

You're here long enough to not only see all that Boston has to offer, but to check out some of the great beaches both North and South of town. If you have enough time, head to Cape Cod...it is a great time of year to go - not the overcrowding that comes in July, but warm enough to enjoy.

How will we know if you will like it or not?

You'll love Boston. Its a very nice, clean, and relatively safe city. Its very affluent and has a ton of things to do! It has great night spots, tons of history, fabulous restaurants, great sporting events, you name it the city has it. The best part is you are coming at a time where the weather will cooperate! Have fun and enjoy its a great city!

If you're in Beantown for two weeks...make a side trip, to the beaches on Cape Cod, mid-week is best for that trip. Boston will have plenty to keep you occupied. It's a fun safe city. College town.

Boston is a beautiful town, rich with things to do and many many interesting day trips. If you dont enjoy yourself here, youre not even trying.

By the way, Faneuil Hall (which you MUST visit) is pronounced Fan' Yewell.

Damn right you will. It is one of the nicer major cities, very sophisticated. A real coffee-house, literary, intellectual discussion kind of place. Lots to do! But, the navigation is very confusing.
