Call them....................

ajsmommy
What were you writing about? If it was a specific question, I'm sure they will write you back as soon as they can. I imagine they get quite a bit of email. If it was a complaint - I would contact them via telephone. If it was just a general comment, I don't know if I would expect an answer back, but if they do, it might take a while.

If you need a specific answer, call them on the telephone.

call them!

I think your best bet is to call them. The various numbers for all different parks and services can be found at http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/contact.htm, and the people that take the calls are usually very friendly and do whatever they can to answer your questions.

Scotty Doesnt Know
The catch-all number that you can call is (407) 824-4321. That will ring their information desk and while you may start out with an automated attendant, there is an option that lets you speak to a live person and ask whatever you want to ask.

Beach Gal
It depends on your inquiry and if you sent it to the right department to begin with. I had a business copyright question and mailed them a letter. Disney lists on its corporate page that if you say you must receive a response by a certain time, or harrass them for an answer, they will immediately throw away your letter and not contact you. I received a response by mail about 4 months after I sent me letter. So unfortunately, with Disney, you just have to be patient.
I am a former WDW Cast Member and Disney Vacation Planner. I'd be happy to help if I can. Feel free to contact me directly at disneymickeyvacation@yahoo.com with our question and I'll see if I can help. Best of luck!

You'll probably get a response, but most likely it will be a very generic response (depending on why you've emailed them).

They only typically reply to emails with questions based on trips (you know, if you're asking about park hours or restaurant information...that sort of thing).

If you need an answer quickly, call 407-WDISNEY -- that's their main line.

I don't know, I sent them an e-mail and they did respond within 48 hours. Know that you will usually get an e-mail back responding with a phone number for another area that you can call. Unless the question is very general, that will usually be the response. I agree the best bet is to call Disney if you need a question answered. It's more time consuming on your end, but you will get a real live person.

Barbie
Call them to get ahold of them. But, really, they probably get a lot of e-mails a day. You probably would've gotten the same reply as a thousand other people.

Been there.

I had a poor visit once and e-mailed WDW Comminications 3 times about it. Once I wrote a very nice letter to their corporate office, I got a response in a couple weeks through a direct phone call. My problem was resolved and they even gave me a direct contact number should I need them again.

g
I would definitely pick up the phone if it's a matter that can't wait. I wrote them an e-mail a few years ago and it took them about a month to respond. By that time I didn't need them anymore. Hope you get a response soon.
