Animals in Vietnam?
My partner and i would like to see monkeys and elephants whilst travelling in vietnam and possibly ride horses on the beach. Any suggestions for where we can do that in vietnam? We will be travelling to HCMC, Mui Ne, Nha Trang, Hoi An.
Don't listen to that idiot guy above. There should be a big zoo in Ho Chi Minh City with all kinds of wild animals. There should be plenty of horse ride services in Mui Ne. Have yourself a great time in VN.

There is not a lot in terms of wildlife left in Vietnam (much of it ended up in cooking pots in the "American War" as they call it. The best place to ride elephants is near Dalat (approx 3 hours inland from Nha Trang). I have not heard of anywhere that does horse riding in Vietnam. Monkeys can be seen in any of the forested areas and National Parks. There is plenty to keep you busy on you itinerary without having to search out wildlife.
