Here is the Vietnamese Hotel listing. There isn't any commission here. This is the list I use when we are in Vietnam for our hotels. http://www.vietnamtourism.com.vn/hotels/run/areaView.php?areaID=53&lan=E
If you have time take the boat to Vung Tau. It is a nice trip and doesn't take that long.
You will enjoy the good food, good shopping and friendly people there. Have a good trip. We will be there in 20 days and I can't wait. Cheers.

I have no feedback for you on this hotel. But i would like to recommend you Mdm Cuc hotels. The stay per night is US$12 for single and breakfast & Dinner provided. This hotel is recommended by Lonely Planet, Rough Guide and also many postive feedbacks from their tourists who stayed in their hotel

If you have a lot of money and want to be treated well, go to Caravel or Rex. Those are hotels that I've been to before ( about $100 per night.) If you don't have lots of money to do that, go to a private hotel, which is about $5-$10 dollars a day. Enjoy ur trip!
