Investigate to make sure she needs it. You can buy the ticket for her. Do not give her money. Most of time, it is scam. I received an email from different nice girls to claim that they are college students. After while, they ask money for tuition ect...I am not that stupid to send money for girls that I don't know.

well frist how lobg have you know her and people cant come here to the u.s. unless the ins give them a visa. if she has one and is going to spend time with you then give it to her but my wife never asked for money till she needs it
