Your 19, pack your bags and get over here. You'll have the time of your life. Cambodia and Vietnam are great places and you'll have a ball.
The people are great, food tasty and lots to see and do. Both countries are safe if your not silly. No different to being in any other western country.
Book your tickets and go! Have a ball! |

I dont know much about Cambodia, but Vietnam is one of the best places in SE Asia. As a 19 yo it depends on what you want, there are plenty of expat bars in HCM and Hanoi, where expats meet up every night of the week, there are also plenty of girly bars for a young lad to enjoy. Vietnam is very safe, however theft is a big problem, so keep all your valubles in a safe place or keep them with you at all times. Always change hard currency at a gold shop or bank, if you change it in a bar or restaurant you will lose out in the exchange rate.
If you can give a few more details of what you are expeting I could maybe point you in the right direction.
Enjoy your stay in Vietnam, which I am sure you will |

I like smiler's answer. At 19 your are to young to be thought of a expat. I would suggest that you finish the University, join your Countries Military and see a bit of the world before you think about being a expat. Good luck to you and your future. Cheers. |
