Yes its a great fun country you can do anything you like(within reason) as long as you stay respectful, then you will find the locals are as good company as you will get . You heard right the clothing is ridiculously cheap and usually excellent quality , on the whole everything about the place is positive .
The fun thing in the store's is the look on your face when you work out how little money you have spent, and the big bag of goodies you got in return.

Yep It's a very FUN country and there are plenty of store where u get to buy cute stuff with a good price. It depend on th store.At night are around 6 p.m that the time everybody go out and have FUN so if u planning on going to VIETNAM THEN THAT IS WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!
