There is an English pub in Hanoi that served bangers, fish & chips, etc. along with a short list of English beers. The pub is in the French Quarter of Hoan Kiem Lake next to a big hotel.
Bia Toi Tiep in Hanoi serves a variety of European dishes, however, it is not strictly an English restaurant. They have a great microbrewery right in the restaurant that makes you feel like you could be in England!
I haven't found an English pub or restaurant in Saigon yet, but I'm sure there is one hidden somewhere in that city. |

There are English pubs. There are French, Japanese, Russian, Mongolian, Belge, Korean, Thai, and who knows what other kinds of restaurants. There may be some English restaurants. |

uhmm there's plently of KFC's (Kentucky Fried Chicken) around and other fast food restuarants like Julibee (i think thats how u spell it) and Loteria. But i dont think you would call them "English"; they're more like American food but then doesnt taste the same as eating it in America. |

No you won't find English restaurants. If you go to Vn, why would you expect one??? There are the usual Pizza/burger places though. |

There are Vietnamese restaurants in England... I'm sure they'll have an English restaurant somewhere. |

Are there any English restaurants anywhere?
I'm not saying it is bad food, but traditional English food is always homecooked because it takes hours to do. It isn't restaurant material.
You might find an ex-pat. living there who enjoys to cook roasts and pies for an advance booking; but I think it would be very hard. |
