When you travel overseas, it's best to be flexible. There is no halal certified restaurants in Vietnam. So, just order your favourite chicken, beef, or vegetable, meal from an English speaking restaurant, and you'll be fine. If you are going to be picky about the halal thing, it's best not travel to Vietnam.
