Are there any mosques in Hanoi, Vietnam ?

Havent been to Hanoi yet. But I normally check on the website for info on praying times, masjid and Halal food eateries.

Al-Noor Masjid
12 Hang Luoc Street, Hanoi

It seems this is the only masjid in Hanoi.

People there might know more on Muslims community in Hanoi.

There's a mosque not far from St. Joseph's Cathedral (the big Catholic church) in the Old Quarter of Hoan Kiem District. You can ask someone at the Tourist Center on the North side of Hoan Kiem Lake for directions. If you really want to see Muslims in Vietnam, you will want to visit the Champa people who live in Central Vietnam. Their ethnic religion is Islam.

Contrary to popular belief, religion is not as oppressed in Vietnam as many are lead to believe. There are Catholics, Muslims, Buddhists and others who worship their chosen religion in Vietnam everyday without fear of being jailed or persecuted by doing so. Those who are persecuted for their religious beliefs while in Vietnam are trying to draw attention to themselves by intentionally getting into trouble.

I am not so sure about Hanoi....but I think it should have. But difficult to find. As in Ho Chi Minh city there's a mosque and a lot of "Surau" also, but it's really difficult to recognise the surau here. So i think it will be the same in Hanoi.

You should asked the local muslim if you find one

I don't think so. I knew there a few in VN, but not Hanoi.
