Are you a Vietnamese living in the Quan Loi/ Anloc area?
I was in the First Infantry Division during the Vietnam War; I was based at Quan Loi and was assigned to the Anloc air strip many times.
I am seeking an Amerasian lady that would be 37 years of age. I believe her mother's name was Phoung, or something like that. The 37 year old woman was born in Anloc City in the province of Binhlong in South Vietnam in either February or March of 1969. Additional Details I never knew this woman existed until five years ago.
