I went to visit vietnam and I bought some dvds. I got a couple seasons and some single dics. how should i bring them over? I got 6 boxsets and 3 discs. Carryon or check out? 10 points to person who answers with MOST DETAIL. x) thx.
If they are legimate copies...ie paid full price then will not be a problem.
If they are copies and you get caught they can take them off you and possibly fine you...as fake copies are illegal in the US..
Would be better carrying some in your hand carry and some in your check in bag.....too many discs in one location will draw attention....split them up....

i have done this several times from thailand and the philippines. i would get a dvd case and put them in there and not in the boxes, and split them up. you can say that you had them with you when you went on vacation and did not buy them there so you wont have to claim them. the other person is right. if they are copies they could get confiscated. good luck.
