It would be expensive,certainly more than you would imagine.To give an exact price is impossible,like any city in the world it would depend on location,size quality etc.
You also have the problem that unless you are Vietnamese you cannot own land.There are ways round this,and the government are currently working on laws to allow foreign ownership.
I am a British expat living in Nha Trang and have built 2 apartments and 2 houses for customers,the price for a quality 3 bedroom house was 120,000 usd.This was not for a detached,for that you would need more land,and it is the land that is expensive not the building it sits on.Because of my obvious interest in property i keep my eye on the market and the one thing for sure is if you are going to buy ,buy now,the prices are rising fast.Also be very carefull who you deal with and good luck. |
