Can I get a job "teaching" English in Ho Chi Minh City with-out having a teaching certificate ?,?

"Teaching",in this case,meaning READING aloud to a class of students learning English from a certified teacher who may have an accent,and needs a native English speaker to teach proper pronounciation by reading aloud, I'm originally from the Mid-West,(Wisconsin),and speak nearly accent free,...Also,are there other jobs available for non-Vietnamese speakers that might be had with-out a college degree ?, I know MOST employed Foreigners here probably work as executives with International Companies with offices here,As an Artist, I probably don't qualify for THOSE jobs !, The money is not important, I'm just bored,And want to work here someplace, I'm going to marry a Vietnamese,and live in Vietnam.
