Yes. But if you are planning to get married later on, her parents' opinion would be a problem. It's not a big deal but I think her parents would love her to stay and live in Vietnam later on. You know, every parents love to live near their children.

to the 2nd answerer: yes, they do. ages and races really matter in love, even when we sometime don't notice or want to deny it. I don't know about those girls who were not born in Vietnam but I think women in Vietnam and also their family are likely to expect a Vietnamese boyfriend/husband.
anyway, the the point is if you and your girl love each other or not. it does matter. but it's not a big deal if your love is strong enough.

I don't see why not. Vietnamese women are pretty open in term of dating and marriage. Just as long as you are the right match, a good, and a responsible person, you shouldn't have any problem.
