Can I send Korean Ginsen to Vietnam as a gift or do I have to carry it with me in person?
I want to order some real good Korean Ginsen from Korea to Vietnam via EMS or DHL; Is there a potential problem in custom clearance? I heard that the best way is to carry it with me, but I can't go back to VN very often. Thank you.
carry it with u , wrap it well as a gift , ignore till the custom ask u that it is a gift for a friend just like that!

it is very difficult to send anything but leters to vn . anytime ive sent even a letter with more than 3-4 photos in it it does not arrive.. anyway vn has plenty of ginsen... in all forms.. but if you must, get someone to hand carry it.. i'm going back in a few weeks .i'm going through seoul airport and would be glad to pick up and seliver what you wish...

I don't think you would have any problem using DHL. If you're worried about custom tariffs, give the package a small declared value.
I have had some sucess lately sending packages vie the US Postal Service. I usually send toys and educational things for my kids and they haven't "gotten lost" in quite a while.
