Can anybody tell me the easiest and cheapest way to obtain a tourist Visa for Vietnam for two people |
I am going with my partner to Vietnam in December and would like to know the simplest, cheapest way to apply for the required tourist Visa and when I should apply for them. |

I always use my travel agent. They are Vietnamese owned, ALWAYS get me the cheapest fare and provide the visa. My flight for Oct 2008 costs $1150 usd round trip with the visa (BOS to SGN)

We got ours back to-day they took 9 days and cost £88 ,this was our second visa this year ,we went in june and go back 5th sept ,you will need to send cash or postal order or backers draft they DONT TAKE CHEQUES , i put the money in a thick envelope and sent it recorded delivery it cost me £1.50 , last time i sent them special delivery & it cost @ £5.50 |

I don't think you can get a visa any cheaper that if you apply directly to the Vietnamese embassy in your country of residence. In the US the forms are available for download off the internet, off the embassy's website. |

I used these guys in April. I picked up my visa at the airport in Saigon with no problems. It was quick simple and safe. It did bother me at first that you have to put some money up front but it worked out smoothly and was the simplest Visa that I have ever received in Vietnam. The Visa was a one year multiple entry B3 which is a business visa as well. A reasonable price with none of the typical paperwork. I recommend them. good luck.
