You may have a hard time finding a regular classroom type of instruction there and may find only small groups but you can surely ask them.

if you were six years old i could recommend about a milion of them. i've never heard of a vietnamese language school for adults but if you check with the american chamber of commerce or the consulate, they might be able to help you out.
good posting above, but if you speak with a hanoi accent in hcm, people will have a hard time understanding you.
