It depends on when you go, what you like to do.
Hanoi for a couple of days, 2 days plus travel for Sapa (overnight train from Ha Noi & 1.5 hr bus ride), maybe Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Da Lat, HCMC are other options. |

I would check Reid on Travel. His free Vietnam Travel on line book is very good. There is also Trip Advisor that is really educational. Their forums are great.

Check out lonelyplanet.com also make sure you guys go to Hoi An. They make clothes there, anything you want, bring pictures of what you want. Seriously its the best place ever!! |
