Well the availability of certain airlines depends on which city you're flying out of. From personal experience, I'ld say that for the northeast of the US, China Airlines is probably the cheapest. However, you should note that you do get what you pay for and it is a twenty-something hour flight. Perhaps a little bit more money can buy you a lot more comfort.
