well, many of the vietnamese that I know do eat tofu and sushi. They also eat hotdogs and pizza and ice cream.
but traditionally... Sushi is not a vietnamese food. tofu is yes, but Sushi is not vietnamese. |

Yes, tofu is almost staple food in VN and sushi is getting more and more popular. There is a restaurant inside of Saigon International Airport that serve sushi. |
