We don't really have fast food in Vietnam. Most food requires a while for prep. Bun bo hue or pho are a like in a way that the soup require cooking over night for its perfection broth taste. Each has distinct taste of itself.

if u eat bun bo hue in vietnam then u realize its taste is so delicious.
but in vietnam, they use a very small bowl and don't put much meat
into the noodle.
