This is one of the oddest questions I've seen in the hundreds of questions I've answered in this category. Oddly enough, I might have a good answer for you.
You're going to have it pretty tough to find GMAT prep books and courses in Vietnam considering the GMAT is a U.S. standardized test. Hopefully you are in Ha Noi, which is your best and probably your only hope in all of Vietnam to find non-electronic books and other materials related specifically to your subject matter.
The place you want to be in Ha Noi is on Trang Tien Street, which is the street that borders the South side of Hoan Kiem Lake. More specifically, you want to be between the Lake and the French Opera House. You will know you're at the right place, because you will be surrounded by bookstores. With some luck, you will find the books, etc. that you seek there.
If you're not in Ha Noi (or you don't want to dig through dozens of bookstores), I suggest you start looking for e-books to download. You will probably find dozens or even hundreds of GMAT prep books by Googling it. You will probably save hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours searching through Ha Noi bookstores by just downloading e-books instead of buying hard copies (perhaps this should be a question on the GMAT).
Good luck to you and your journey towards getting your MBA!
