Although i am Vietnamese, i haven't gone to there yet, so sad >< . I just know it on tv, internet. I wish i could see it of my own eyes. You know, it's just one of many beautiful places in my country. If you had traveled to there, pls tell me (us) about it

i was touring vietnam in february and march this year. i took a 2 night 3 day tour to halong bay and really enjoyed it so much, i slept on the boat the first night which was a great experience and spent the next night at a hotel on cat ba island. it was a great experience for me and lots of memories and pics of the trip.
as you say one of many beautiful places in your country. i also loved sapa, hoi an, my son, hue, nga trang, dalat, mue ne, hcm city, cu chi tunnels, mekong etc., and lastly the vietnamese people i met were so kind, friendly and welcoming that ill go back again in 2 years. P.S. please forgive my spelling mistakes |

I lived in Ha Long for 18 years (now my family is still living in it), and I went to Ha Long Bay many times. It is very difficult to show how I love it. I often walked alone in Celestial Palace cave (Thiên Cung cave), enjoyed the cool air around me, and contemplated sparkling stalactite. Hope one day you can travel Ha Long Bay, and love it as i did. |

I was in Ha Long Bay 2 weeks ago and i was amazed at the beautiful karsts that were there. We rode a junk and went around the area for 2 hours. We also went to the colorful and amazing Sung Sot Cave. |

We have visited Ha Long Bay the last two summers. A very pretty place to go cruising. The food fresh seafood on the Junk is great and the scenery is beautiful. Nice trip and very reasonable. Hope you can go sometime. Cheers C |
