... well lets see... i once got run down by a cyclo, broke my finger ..not too bad , and it gave me a souvenier twisted pointer and neat antiquedote. recently got stuck unprepaired to "sleep " [ not sleep a wink] in a COLD damp farm house. again interesting anticdote..... just about every motor bike i go on just happens breaks down along the way and i have to pay to have it fixed... again not too bad and makes for more stories., then there was the time i hiked 6 hrs in the jungle wearing open shower shoes on my bare feet.. the leaches had a field day leaveing 1 pant leg soaked in my blood. but that was my fault & the leaches dont realy eat that much... i guess the worst think that happens to me is that every time i go back another friend is in the hospitol, another person i know has had a death in the family, another lepor ive met before is back in the clinic getting more of their leg cut off..i guess that beats any of the troubles i may have had w/ local officials , police , and other thugs...... |

the worst would be catching a ferry to pho quoc island. it can be rough and 95% of people are sick. by the time you get off the boat all you can smell is spew.
not good |

Yes, I have been Vietname many times. The worst one in Vietname is noises from horn cars and bikes. I didn't get it in another contry in the world. |

The worse thing is probably the extreme heat and the humidity, especially if you come from a northern country like Canada & northern U.S. My advices are take as much as 4-5 cold shower a day, drink a lot and avoid to go out around noon (stay inside taking a nap or reading a book). |

My parents used to live in Vietnam. Then they moved here after the war. The worst thing about it is the weather. I been there. The last time I went there is April of 06. Usually this time of year it is hot and humid. Its always humid. I would take a short sleeves and shorts. |

I went to Vietnam about two years ago, to me, for someone who is not used to humidity, the heat over there reallly bugged me, and i couldnt enjoy vietnam as much as i wanted too, many americans are annoyed by the cars, but for some reason, i like hte motorcycles on hte street, because it kind of gives a little somthing to vietnam, i dont know, but its also fun to see how many motorcycles you can touch while your crossing the street, which really isnt THAT hard, once you get used to it |

I've been to Vietnam twice and the only things that were bad are the weather and traffic but I wouldn't say that it's the worst. |

Uhm... I'm Vietnamese... So I've been staying here when I was young... The worst thing to me is VN is a dirty country with rubbish, one more rubbishe n lots of rubbishes ~~ Diein' in rubbishes, too :-j n one more bad thing is : the communication... Ew... Dangerous... So Vnese can see many large scale scenes everyday.... So happy >________< |

Yes I have been to Vn many times, and I love it. I can't think of anything that I would say worst. Maybe the heat in the summer; but that is what shade and cold bia are for; so no worst for me. cheers |
