Go to the American Embassy and read the information for applying for a visa. It is a long and difficulty process for people from most countries to LEGALLY come to the United States, unless you are from certain (usually western European) countries. It is much easier, of course, if you have a lot of money and are not a threat of staying in the U.S. just to collect benefits.
