Actually Soc Trang Province in the far South of Vietnam (the Mekong Delta) is not particularly well known for ceramics. I guess you may be thinking of Bat Trang, the famous ceramics village locating near Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam which is in the Northern part of the country, in the Red River Delta.
If so, you may want to check out the website from the link below.

The easiest way is to go to www.google.com.vn and search Soc Trang Ceramics.
Results are in either Vietnamese or English, up to you!

Perhaps this book can help VietNam Ceramics. This extensive and definitive book traces Vietnamese pottery through the centuries. With 500 illustrations and a detailed essay, its serves as an important reference for collectors and ceramic lovers. There are several books about Bat Trang ceramics, but Soc Trang is not too far from there

Soc Trang is not famous for ceramic. I think you should go to Dong Nai or Binh Duong Province
