If Lea is your name, you pronounce it the same way you would in your own country. A name is a name. Mine is rick, it is pronounced "wick" in Viet Nam because this culture doesn't use the "hard" R sound.
My children are 50/50 Viet/American. We chose names that are easy to pronounce in both languages.
Anyway, if your name is Lea, that is how it is pronounced here.
