It is hard to translate that because we don't use term like that to refer to a girlfriend.

'My' means của tôi. 'Girl' means con gái. If we put together the two words then "con gái cuả tôi" means "my daughter".

The Vietnamese casually call their girlfriend/boyfriend bồ (as in French beau, but we use it for both male and female) or người đẹp. So they would say "bồ cuả tôi" or "người đẹp cuả tôi".

Okay there are a couple of ways:

Mother to younger person:

Gái tôi --> the word tôi can be replaced by tau or tui as the mother is older than the person receiving.

Mother to child:

Gái mẹ --> To her child this is more common (mama's girl)

Mother to similar aged person:

Gái tôi

Mother to older person:

Gái em --> If she is talking to a slightly older person

Gái con --> If she is talking to a person one generation older than her

Gái cháu --> If she is talking to a person one or more generations older than her

Mother to her older friend or sibling

Gái em

Mother to her younger sibling

Gái chị

OR If you mean Male to female (lovers)

Em tôi --> common
Em yêu --> romantic
Nàng tôi --> Rarely used when talking formally to someone.

Using "con gái" is also fairly common since "con" is the classifier for a Human or animal.
