I can tell you that calling someone "Stupid" = Äồ ngu or Ngu quá or Ngu váºy, but you might offend someone gravely.
Instead, I suggest saying this:
"Hello, my dear friend" = Êh bạn or Êh thằng kia, or Êh mà y.
