it is depend on where you live. if you travel from East USA, then the plane ticket is around $1150 for round trip. but it may change because plane ticket change everyday.

Round trip airfare from LA to HCMC(Saigon) in May will run you from about $972 on China Airlines to $1174 on Delta. A room at a 3-star hotel like the Saigon Riverside is $34/night. after a couple of days in Saigon where you can visit the attractions of Vietnam's largest city (boat rides are plenty on the river), you and the kids can move on to a resort hotel on the beach at Mui Ne, near the city of Phan Thiet, only 120 miles up the coast (buses and trains run just about every hour from Saigon, tickets $ 2 to $4 /each.)There, a superior room will cost you $62/night and a family bungalow, $ 140/night. More boat rides, swimming in the ocean or in the resort pool and other attractions at the resort!
Delicious food can be enjoyed at many clean and hospitable restaurants for a few of dollars per meal everywhere you go, including right at your hotel/resort.
Go and enjoy! My family and I are returning to Vietnam in November. We'll be all over the country, including a stay at a resort at Mui Ne. There's no place as beautiful and friendly as Vietnam anywhere else in this world. Plus the accommodations and the food are out of this world and reasonable too! |
