I came to America 3 years ago and it was 20 US dollar for the Vietnamese citizens, and 30 dollars for non-Vietnamese citizens. But in today world, 50 dollars for non-Vietnamese citizens. I'm not so sure how much it would cost for a Vietnamese citizen today. Why don't you just go ask? I think the building is 161 Quyen Vu in quan 3. That building is where the people would actually file you in. Go to a cioonsultant that do the trip planning stuff and they'll tell yoou.
