It depends where you leave from. California would be a cheaper ticket than the east coast. There are no "discounts" for children unless they are babies.

I just flew yesterday from Seattle to Hanoi on EVA airline and it cost me $1150, similar from LAX or SFO. About the same for Saigon (HCMC) It can be less but prices are rising.

last year ,ny to vn; $1500.. i'm guessing more this year... anyway its worth every penney , and once you get there you can vacation all over for as little as $30us a day..

It cost us $1600 each for 3 of us this July on Singapore Airlines. You might get a flight cheaper; but it wont be a better airlines. We will be flying them again next summer. cheers c
