At home, nobody wears shoes inside the house, so expect barefoot or flip flops.
Also, in some offices, the girls take off the high-heels and put on flip flops unless they have to meet a customer or attend a meeting.
Unskilled laborers usually wear flip-flops instead of shoes.

To the person who's trying to be funny. It isn't. Agent Orange killed so many people and to this day there are still people that are affected by it and this is generations later.
As for the question, it depends where in Vietnam the girls lives. In Ho Chi Minh, you don't find it that often. Kids might still be running around their neighborhoods barefoot, but I usually see flip flops.
And haha, I think that depends on the girl...

bare feet ,sandals and /or flip flops.. almost all day everyday shoes are becoming more and more popular as are sneakers for sports in the early morning but far and away you will see mostly sandals.. and yes , real nice feet on both the man and women....
