why not google the german embassy in your country and check it out. too much information to list here

?
there are different ways:
1) getting hired by a german company
2) come for studying... students are allowed to work up to a certain time/salary limit
3) come as an au pair

Number 2 is good, because you are more free than as an au-pair and once you are a student, it is easy to renew the VISA and you can look for a permanent job while studying, but without a degree it will be difficult for the employer to justify your stay... only if no Germans can be found for the same job, your employer will be able to help you. One way is to put skills into the job description that Germans don´t have (e.g. fluent in vietnames language, spoken and written) or to make a job description that makes it look very inattractive for Germans to apply for the job.

I agree with nowhereman, use google, yahoo or maybe webcrawler. If I were you I would ask my relatives in Germany for help. Cheers
