umm, it not way to meet new friends online like internet because its can cause troubles and even alot of people out there you dont even really know about who they really are in person ,but you can find some safer good trusted and honestly people to make some good friends on myspace.com cause theyre not like those other wackyo who likes to play mind games on you and plus i have many good friends that i had made and most are real hollywood siging stars and countries singers and pops , etc . but first thing you never tell alot of iformation about where you live and whats youre lastname is and dont even gave youre # to any strangers you dont even know much about cause if you do that that person can come to your home and make even do something bad with you dont might not know whats going really happen to you. so there are easy you can make friends in the games rooms , even you can also have some of youre old friends to enjoy you on line and have them keep in touch wilth also . there are also another way you can find more new friends at a church, threw youre best friends to make some new friends threw them . at school too. simple things you can make friends .

You can find Vietnamese friends on Yahoo Messenger. Just go to the chat rooms and click Cultures and Community, click on Language, and then finally choose Vietnam. You should be able to meet some decent people there.

You can also try first hand experience and actually go to Vietnam and find some friends yourself.

just go up to people and start a conversation mabe get to know them better. It might be weird at first but its better then being a loner. lol i dont know if it will help u or not but thats how i think cause im very outgoing!!!!
