Uhm, it seems that No flight from Nha Trang to Hue, but you can take a train or bus (of open tour operators, very cheap, comfortable & safe, many foreigners choose this transport to travel along Vietnam).
Last year, I moved to Hoi An (Faifo, ~30km distance from Hue) from Nha Trang in 10 hours (7pm - 5am)
take the overnight train.. easy 12 hr ride, save hotel for that night and wake up 5 min from the beach in the morning..if you fly into nha trang from anywhere you still have a half hr bus ride ahead of you 'cause there is no airport in nha trang.. its moved into cam ranh.... real bummer....esspecially if you were used to flying right into the city..

Looks like it will take a little over 11 hours by train. Suggest you get a 4 berth sleeper room with A/C. We travel that way every summer vacation. Really do not recommend taking the bus. Cheers C

You are right you cant fly direct,you could fly via Saigon or Hanoi to Danang and then a short bus ride,cost about 90usd.The train would take about 12 hours.
Please try and avoid any bus travel,[read my profile]do not beleive any idiot who tells you its safe, its not,and its getting worse.
