I'm doubt you can get a Vietnam visa in Cambodia or Laos. You can easily get one in Bangkok though if you can take a little time to get to Thailand. You get a free 30 day visa upon arrival in Thailand. It's takes one day each way to get from Phnom Pehn to Bangkok by bus. It will take 2-3 days to get your Vietnam visa while in Bangkok. Just pay a travel agent on Khao San Road to do it for you. It costs the same as doing it yourself, but you don't have to pay the taxi fare, etc. They make their commission from the embassy.

If you don't have time to go to Bangkok, I recommend getting the visa in the UK before you leave. This will involve downloading the paperwork from your Vietnamese embassy and mailing your passport in with it. It can take several weeks to complete. Make sure you leave plenty of time to get your passport back before you leave on your trip.

I assume you are doing "visa on arrival" for both Cambodia and Laos. That's how I did it too. Make sure you have American dollars to pay with for both. And bring some extra ones and fives for exact change. They certainly won't give you any change.

You definitely need to get a tourist visa to go to Vietnam. It's probably a good idea to get that from UK before you go to Cambodia or Laos.

It is not possible to apply for visa when u are in other country. U have to apply it in UK. If not, u can try to contact cambodia and Laos embassy of UK.
