The bus that goes to Cambodia leaves from the Ben Xe/Cho Lon bus station. You can take several bus routes from the Ben Thanh (Saigon) bus station in District 1 to get there. I think the most direct bus route is #9, which takes Tran Hung Dao (???) Street directly to Ben Xe/Cho Lon. You should ask one of the attendants at a bus station to make sure my directions are correct.
By the way.. The bus that goes to Cu Chi leaves from Ben Xe/Cho Lon bus station. The bus that goes to Vung Tau leaves from Ben Thanh bus station. On the way to Vung Tau is Sieu Tien, which is an amusement park with an incredible water park and a crocodile farm inside.
You will find that taking the bus in HCMC is the fastest way to get around aside from a motorbike. My wife and I scampered all over HCMC in a much shorter time than taking taxis.
Have fun!

As in your previous question I would go to the Saigon bus station and ask them. You can ask your hotel too and I am sure they will help you. The ticket is very cheap. Cheers
