Everything you need will only available in big, major city like Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi.
Food, Internet, public transport everywhere.
Number to call: 113 = same 911 in the US
Bad experiences: You have to negotiate for whatever you going to buy: for example: only $2 for lunch instead of $20
Get visa: go to Vietnam embassy in DC or San Francisco
