Ng A is correct in pointing out that hypnotherapy is not a popular field of study in Vietnam, which is going to make it difficult for you to find a hypnotherapist. However, a hypnotherapist will most likely be found in Phu My Hung if there is one anywhere in Vietnam. Phu My Hung roughly translates to “American Village”, where you can find many American creature comforts, such as a hypnotherapist.
My house in Saigon is not far from Phu My Hung, my wife and I go to Phu My Hung just about every day when we’re in town, so it’s safe to say that I know Phu My Hung pretty well. I don’t recall seeing a hypnotherapist office among the road frontage businesses or offices under the condo towers. Then again, it’s likely that a hypnotherapist would work out of their home instead of a frontage location.
If I was looking for a hypnotherapist in Phu My Hung, I would start by going to the hospital and see if a psychiatrist would know one and preferably recommend one. The hospital is at the East end of Phu My Hung on the North side of the main road. It’s not far from the amusement park and right next to the golf course.
