I wasn't aware of such a flag until reading your question. I found one by Googling 'Vietnam Veteran Flag' but it didn't look authentic and displayed several Army unit patches. Definitely not representative of full involvement. The nicest and most appropriate I found was at http://www.vietnamwar.com/ but I don't know where to find it.
I was not in actual combat, but served from 1964 till 1975. Toward the end we were pretty upset with what seemed to be general public apathy.
My favorite shirt at the time simply stated,

years my wife found a black tee shirt with
GOOD MORNING
VIETNAM!!!
emblazoned across the front. That would have to be my favorite memo.
Taking aside all of the casualties suffered during that conflict there was some solace to be found in black, i.e. combat, humor as symbolized by Robin Williams' character.
