1 week in VN is hardly enough. Hanoi, Sapa, Ha Long Bay top the list. If you can stay longer, Hoi An, Central coast, Mekong Delta. Don't miss Ankor Watt though it's in an other country, it's only an hour flight away. |

I can only answer you on Vietnam as I just came back from that so lovely place. A 3 star hotel in Hanoi in the Old Quarters area cost about U50 per night, generally food will cost you about U$8-12 for a reasonably good meal. Must go/see in Hanoi will be Sapa (take overnight train) HaLong Bay, Old Quarters and Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi. I spent about U$600 for about 8 days including my flight from Kuala Lumpur. |
