Im going to Vietnam for 1 month. What should i deffinatly do there? ?

Ask the Vietnamese colleagues you will be working with for recommendations on where to go and what to see. My Vietnamese friends introduced me to places and events that I would never have found on my own. I was often the only foreigner present, for some very interesting celebrations and activities.

- Enjoy HCMC (Ho Chi Minh city) shopping and nightlife.
- Do the Cu Chi tunnels.
- The Mekong delta tour would be an entire day.
- Go to Vung Tau on a ship from HCMC, there is a beach and a nice city view.
- If you can go further, Nha Trang is the best beach in Vietnam I think.

Like the others above, definitely go to Nha Trang, but you should definitely rent a boat to one of the nearby islands out there like Hon Tam, it's completely different. they have jetskis and kayaks and all that good stuff. There are other beautiful beaches too like Mui Ne and Doc Let. But if youre going to be in vietnam for the whole month, why dont you go to the north as well? one of the most beautiful places i've visited in vietnam is Ha Long Bay. HCMC is good for shopping and food, but the north is a totally different atmosphere.
