I dont know ,but make sure you have a multi entry visa for vietnam before you go if you plan to return to vietnam

You can go to Ben Thanh market which is very famous and easy to find, and right at the big roundabout in front of the Ben Thanh Market, there is a big bus station to travel everywhere in Ho Chi Minh city for 4,000 VND (30 cents) , they have a bus to Cambodia at some specific times of the day. However, they don't speak English so well so you got to have the bus map.
Or the easiest way is to go to Pham Ngu Lao Street, or Nguyen Trai Street, Le Lai Street, which are in center of Sai Gon and many cheap hotels there for foreigners (15usd/ night) also have bus service themselves to go to Siem Riep for 20 USD per person (I haven't tried).
Both of them might take you about 10 to 15 hours to arrive, but supper cheap.
Vietnam is the most amazing place to travel to.
